About Embodying Love Yoga
Gentle Movement Cultivating Connection to Self, Breath and Body.
Embodying Love Yoga is a gentle, inclusive practice that invites you to slow down, connect with your body, and discover yoga as a pathway to self-care. Rooted in kindness and curiosity, these classes are designed for beginners and the yoga-curious—those who want a safe space to explore movement, breath, and presence without pressure or judgment.
With over 35 years of personal practice and a heart for teaching, I offer Hatha/ Restorative yoga as a way to find joy in movement—whether in times of ease, stress, change, or even injury. Each class is an opportunity to soften, listen inward, and cultivate strength and resilience, while embracing yoga as an act of love for yourself and others.
I offer classes several times a week in my online classroom. Each class is small, and in response to the needs to the participants.
I have 230 Hours of Yoga Alliance Training in addition countless hours with the most worldwide know teachers in Boulder, Colorado, Hanuman Yoga Festival and The Telluride Yoga Festival. Even a trip to India for an Ayurvedic Healing Retreat of a lifetime.
Currently, sessions are Monday and Wednesday mornings 9:00 am Mountain Time.
Now adding Thursday Evening 7:00pm MNT.
I am available for corporate events and teacher trainings.

Throughout my years of training and experience,
I have worked hard to understand and share with others:
I have been given a great gift of wisdom from my mentors, my teachers and those within the Satir Lineage and beyond. I feel I am called to honor and respect all I have been given by the generations before me and share these gifts with the world. While I find myself in grief at thoughts of a future of loss and change, my aim is to both honor and make sacred a new modality, concepts, and a sustainable connection to this wisdom for generations to come.
I can’t wait to share with you my stories and my teachings and look forward to connecting with those of you who are seeing new ways of supporting and helping loved ones. Here’s to an exciting new future together!
